Shipping policy

ITEMS FOR RENT:

Orders $150 and above will receive free shipping. Orders below that amount will be charged a $15 shipping fee. Orders will be confirmed 1-3 business days after your order. Rented items will be shipped about 3 days before your rental date using USPS expedited shipping to arrive 1-2 days before your rental start date. The return label will be provided and the items are expected to be returned in full within 48 hours of your rental start date vis the courier service on the  return label provided.

*We are currently only renting to the continental US.

ITEMS PURCHASED AND NOT RENTED:

Orders are generally shipped within 4 business days using USPS. Flat rate shipping fee of $8 applies to orders shipping to the United States. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. Orders $75 and above receive free shipping within the United States.

All items marked as Direct Ship items on their product page ship directly from their supplier. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or issues with these products. All direct ship items will have a standard shipping fee of $5 and do not apply to the $75 free shipping rule.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For purchased items, not including items that were rented, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at eve@getreadywithevebridal.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
