Rental Agreement

Liability for equipment use and damage

  1. The lessee acknowledges the equipment is provided in good working condition. If, for any reason, the equipment fails to work during the rental period, Get Ready With Eve Bridal cannot be held responsible or sued for any operational failure, delays, or consequential damages.
  2. The lessee is responsible for maintaining the equipment in good condition throughout the rental period.
  3. If the equipment is damaged, stolen, or lost during the rental period, the lessee will be fully responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
  4. The lessee is responsible for returning all rented items in one shipping box via the shipping label provided to a courier service within 48 hours of the booking start date. Any additional fees associated with incorrect packing of the items or using the incorrect service is also the lessee's responsibility. 

Security Deposit

  • The security deposit in the rental agreement is to protect against potential losses due to equipment damage, theft, or late returns.
  • The deposit is 25% of the total order amount not including tax.
  • If the return of the deposit is approved, it will be activated through our system in 1-2 business days. Banks may need extra days to process this refund.
  • The deposit will not be approved for full or partial refund for the below reasons:

-lost or missing items (including missing pieces of items rented)

-damaged items such as, but not limited to, staining or ripping

  • Late returns without notice will receive a penalty on their security deposit of 25% of the deposit per day the order is not returned. Late returns with notice are still liable for this penalty, but we will work with you as best we can depending on the circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours of booking an order as long the rental period is not within one week of the booking date. We will do our best to accommodate all other cancellations, but they are not guaranteed. We ask for a minimum one week's notice of the cancellation to help us maintain accurate stock and we thank you for your understanding. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
